Q: How do I book a session?
A: You can book a session by contacting me directly via email or phone, or by using the booking form on my website. If you’re not sure which service is right for you, I offer a free 30-minute consultation to chat about your goals.

 

Q: Where are your in-person sessions held?
A: Personal training sessions take place in my private, fully equipped garage gym in Solihull. For health coaching, we can meet online via video call or in-person at The Treatment Rooms in Knowle, Solihull.

 

Q: Do I need any equipment for online training?
A: Not necessarily! I can create a program based on what you have available, whether that’s a fully equipped home gym or just a yoga mat and a couple of dumbbells.

 

Q: Can I combine personal training with health coaching?
A: Absolutely! Many clients find that combining both services gives them a more holistic approach to their health and fitness goals.

Personal Training FAQs

Q: I’m a beginner. Is personal training right for me?
A: Yes! Personal training is tailored to your fitness level, whether you’re just starting out or have experience but want to refine your technique. I’ll guide you through each step to make sure you feel confident and supported.

Q: What happens during a personal training session?
A: Each session is customized to your goals and abilities. We’ll focus on building strength, improving mobility, and working on exercises that suit your body and needs. You’ll leave feeling accomplished and confident.

Q: How long is a personal training session?
A: Each session lasts one hour. If you’re looking for a shorter or longer session, let me know and we can discuss your options.

Q: Do you offer packages for personal training?
A: Yes! You can choose from single sessions (£45), a 10-session block (£420), or a monthly plan (£160 for 4 sessions per month, with a minimum 3-month commitment).

Health Coaching FAQs

Q: What is health coaching, and how does it work?
A: Health coaching is about helping you create sustainable habits that improve your overall well-being. We’ll focus on areas like nutrition, movement, and lifestyle, tailoring everything to fit your goals and busy life.

 

Q: What’s included in a Health MOT session?
A: The Health MOT (£99) includes a 90-minute consultation, a review of your food diary and habits, tailored nutrition and fitness advice, and 7 days of WhatsApp support for follow-up questions.

 

Q: Do I need to commit to a long-term package?
A: Not at all! If you prefer, you can start with a one-off Health MOT session to get actionable advice. For more ongoing support, you can choose a 6-week, 12-week, or 6-month package.

 

Q: How often will we meet during a coaching package?
A: Coaching packages include bi-weekly check-ins to review progress, adjust your plan, and provide support. Between sessions, I’m available via WhatsApp for any questions or encouragement.

 

Q: Is health coaching just about weight loss?
A: Not at all! While weight management is a common goal, health coaching can help with energy levels, stress management, sleep quality, and building a better relationship with food and movement.

 

Online Training FAQs

Q: What’s included in the online training packages?
A: The Starter Package (£95/month) includes monthly workout plans tailored to your goals and monthly check-ins. The Transform Package (£195/month) offers weekly workout plans, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and 24-hour communication for questions and support.

 

Q: How do I stay accountable with online training?
A: Accountability is built into the process. We’ll have regular check-ins to track your progress, and I’m available for support and motivation through WhatsApp or email.

 

Q: Can I switch between packages if my needs change?
A: Yes! If you start with the Starter Package and decide you need more support, you can upgrade to the Transform Package at any time.

 

Q: Do I need a gym membership for online training?
A: Not at all! I can design a program that works for home workouts, gym sessions, or a combination of both—whatever suits your lifestyle.

 

Q: Can online training be combined with in-person sessions?
A: Yes! If you’re local and want to mix online training with occasional in-person personal training, we can create a hybrid plan just for you.
