Before the session. I’ll send you a 3-day food diary and health form so I can get a clear picture of your habits, challenges, and goals.

The 90 minute 1:1. We’ll talk through your challenges and health priorities and create a realistic, personalised plan that works for you.

After the session. You’ll receive tailored advice (for example: nutrition tips, weight management strategies and fitness recommendations), along with 7 days of WhatsApp support for any follow-up questions or guidance.
