I’m a health coach with a no-fuss, real-life approach to helping women feel better in their bodies again.

Maybe your jeans are tighter, your energy’s lower, or your routine’s just slipped through the cracks. I work with women in their 40s and beyond who are ready to feel stronger, eat better and feel more energised, without overhauling their life or following strict rules.

My style is friendly, honest and flexible. We keep it simple, take it one step at a time and find what works for you.

1:1 Coaching Programme: Stronger You
This is my main one to one coaching offer for women 40+ who want to feel better in their bodies, support their weight and rebuild strength, energy and confidence.

Over 12 weeks, we work together through six sessions, focusing on three key areas: nutrition, movement and recovery. Each session is tailored to you, with time to explore what's working, what needs support and what small changes will move you forward.

You’ll learn how to:

Support your weight in a way that doesn’t feel like a constant battle

Improve your energy and motivation so day to day life feels easier

One 60 minute deep-dive session to set things up

Five 45 minute coaching sessions (fortnightly)
